Creating a playful identity for one night only
Fidgit was a one-off night built around good music and good people.
Covers created a small, playful identity designed to capture that feel-good spirit and give the event a clear visual character across social.

A small identity for one memorable night
The process
The brief was simple: make it feel warm, playful and in the moment.
A custom geometric wordmark gave Fidgit its own character, paired with simple circular forms and a bright palette that could flex easily across social. The identity was deliberately uncomplicated – enough personality to make the night feel distinct, without overbuilding a brand for a one-off event.
The client’s ‘no phones on the floor’ rule shaped the wider tone too: less documentation, more presence. The identity needed to feel immediate, social and a little loose around the edges.
The results
The result was a compact identity that gave the event a recognisable look across its social content and helped set the tone before anyone reached the dancefloor.
Small in scope, but complete enough to make the night feel like its own thing.
Kind words from Matt:
“Working with Covers is always a pleasure. Adam has a natural ability to understand what I’m looking for creatively, even if I find it hard to articulate. His detailed understanding of customer journeys means that he thinks of everything when it comes to final asset delivery.”
